Team Fitness Training
Team Fitness Training is a 12-week nutrition & exercise program designed to help participants learn by doing. Seminar Series and practice/workout sessions are designed by top trainers and elite fitness coaches to educate, motivate and hold you accountable through team support. You'll work with fitness coach Kalombo, his trainers and your teammates. In only 12-weeks, you can lose 15-25 lbs, lose body fat, increase your energy and learn to eat better.
